The company has received necessary clearance from the concerned authorities and are awaiting for clearances for next three models, a company release said.
The company is introducing its electricity two wheelers falling under the exemption category whereby the customer need not have to possess a licence or register the vehicle.
Genxt makes a different entry in the market by introducing Evera the first electric motorcycle available in the country. Evera is most suitable for school, college-going youngsters, housewives to have to travel short distances, says the release.
"It is a boon for people in remote areas where petrol pumps are not easily available. The company sees a good demand from the corporate sector (for their peons), courier services and fast-food delivery boys," it said.
Evera is priced approximately at Rs 30000. The chopper type looking e-royal is also class apart from the regular models available in the market. It is priced at Rs 18,000, the release added.
